Products ordered through the website for delivery are either to be picked up by associate in person or through our delivery partner which includes our courier partner or showroom partners, only if the delivery service to the destination is available. In case of the absence of courier service or our partners to the desired location, the products are to be picked up by the associate in person. In such cases, the associate needs to provide a valid Adhaar card or Pan card or any other valid identity card.
Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of Genex before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order is not serviceable by our delivery partners or merchant or if the area is not covered or the product is too expensive to ship, in such scenarios, we request you to come over to our office and take your order.
Shipping to locations outside India is done through our partners or our showroom partners who are located outside India. We track every order and update the status on our website, alternatively our customers can track the order via unique tracking number provided to them at the time of booking.

Customers are recommended to place their order early, if they have any deadline to meet. Delivery time varies from 30 days to 180 days, depending upon the kind of product ordered.
